We test all our
phones before
listing them. Let me
explain the testing
process we apply to
our used phones.
1. We turn the phone
on to make sure it
powers up. (this
tests the battery
connection and phone
software also)
2. We examine the
Lcd to make sure
that it display's
properly. (this also
checks for scratches
on the LCD and
backlight issues)
3. We make a test
call to determine
whether the phone
connects to the
network. (This test
also verifies that
the earpiece,
mouthpiece and
speaker are in
proper working order
and all the keys are
tested in this step
also)
Because
we sell so many
phones this is the
extent of our
testing.
We
only guarantee
that the phone will
function according
to the three tests
we perform. We do
not guarantee any of
the other functions
on the phone. So in
other words, we only
offer refunds or
exchanges on phones
that do not pass our
3 performed tests.
This means that when
you receive the
phone it won't turn
on, the lcd is bad,
or it won't connect
to the network we
will offer you an
exchange. However we
will not offer
exchange for any
other defects.
These tests cover
99% of all issues
with the phone.
